What items do I need to bring for my first appointment? 

Please bring your ID, claim number, and your finished new patient forms. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to your first office visit to complete the new patient paperwork if you are unable to print out the forms before your appointment. Please let us know if you have any questions filling out the forms. 

I've never had a chiropractic adjustment.  What can I expect during my consultation?

We understand you may be nervous before your adjustment. Our trained professional staff will help put your mind at ease by being your chiropractic liaison. During your consultation and exam, the doctor will discuss treatment plan options with you based on your past history, current symptoms, and future wellness goals. After your consultation, our amazing administrative support team will assist you in scheduling future medical visits based on the unique treatment plan doctor created for you. Our supportive team is here with any questions you may have.

Am I able to schedule an office visit if I do not have an open PIP or WC claim? 

YES! We also accept cash patients! We would love treat you! Please call the office to schedule an appointment. We do not bill medical insurance at this time.

What is your policy for cancellations?

Please notify our office 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.

Do you offer massage therapy?

YES! Our skilled LMT team will work with you at our SE Portland or Beaverton location!

Do you offer acupuncture?

YES! We provide clinic acupuncture therapy at our SE Portland location!
